It is the opinion of a good number of people that killing criminals is a solution. It is just. To this way of thinking, God wants to remind us:

Whatsover you do to the least of My brothers that you do unto Me.

Why are these people the “least”? Because they are considered the dregs of society.

God’s closing statement on the value of life:

Life is precious. It is worth living.

Question: God, what do you mean by life is worth living? The way you phrased your statement it is as if you are saying the value of life is “living”.

God’s answer:

You cannot give it back.

Then God closes with this statement:

Value your life. Spend it well.

Question: God why do you want to end this discussion on why it is wrong to kill a person with this statement on spending our own life well?

God’s answer:

Wasted
Don’t throw your life away. It is not rubbish.
Make the most of it.

Meaning: Just as God is asking us to value the life of others, He is also asking us to do value our own lives. When we live a sinful life, it’s like putting a gun to our head. We strangle ourselves, deprived of God’s breathe of life.
